Responsibilities
- Ensuring top-quality class instruction that exceeds expectations in a Christian environment
- Collaborating with Lead Instructor to deliver 5-6 dynamic, benefit-driven, and educational classes per day
- Establishing positive relationships with students and parents to provide exceptional customer service
- Conducting comprehensive curriculum testing to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with Membership Director to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Providing parent conferences to discuss student progress and address any concerns
- Organizing and executing events such as birthday parties and parent's night out to provide additional value to our community.
Qualifications
- At Minimum, 1st Degree Black Belt or Equivalent
- Pass our F.I.T. Instructor Evaluation
- Organized-Self Starter
- Service First Mentality
- Can Lead and Influence with Godly Morals
- Can Teach Children and Adults and is Able to Command Respect
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
