What are the responsibilities and job description for the College Instructor—Real Estate Classes position at Stevens-The Institute of Business & Arts (Siba)?
Stevens-The Institute of Business & Arts (Siba) is currently searching for Real Estate professionals to teach classes in the following topics: Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Marketing, Mortgages/Finance, Appraisals, Inspections, Renovation for Resale (aka "Flipping"), Investing/Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate Technology/Databases.
Qualified candidates MUST possess at least a minimum of three years of related practical work experience in the subject area(s) taught. and be able to commute to our downtown St. Louis campus. Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Long-term teaching positions may be available for the right candidate. Compensation includes paid parking and $45.00 per contact hour.
