What You'll Do
- Lead and Develop Your Team - Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability for a team of residential plumbing professionals. Foster a culture built on performance, service, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Revenue and Performance - Monitor key performance indicators, identify growth opportunities, and help your team achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Improve Operational Efficiency - Partner with field and office leadership to optimize scheduling, productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Support Technical Excellence - Act as a resource for technicians by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and industry best practices.
- Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience - Ensure customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Recruit and Develop Talent - Help attract, train, and retain top talent while building a strong pipeline for future growth.
