Responsibilities
- Leadership Excellence Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Revenue Performance Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships
- Operational Optimization Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Technical Expertise Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay ahead of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers innovative Plumbing services
- Customer Satisfaction Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team

Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential Plumbing management, with a track record of driving revenue performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
