Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, track, and manage HVAC parts inventory
- Order, receive, and organize parts and materials
- Work closely with technicians and service teams to ensure parts availability
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Assist with loading/unloading parts and equipment as needed
- Safely operate company vehicles, including up to 25 ft. trucks when required
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer software systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older (per company driving policy)
- Ability to safely operate larger work vehicles
- HVAC or parts coordination experience is a plus
