- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be 21 )
