What You’ll Do
Lead and Develop a Sales Team
- Coach and mentor sales professionals during in‑home appointments and follow‑ups
- Provide ongoing training and structured development to strengthen communication and consultative selling skills
- Support your team in delivering clear, confident, and customer‑focused solutions
- Implement strategies to increase close rates, average project values, and overall sales growth
- Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable coaching
- Support a consistent, high‑quality sales process from lead assignment to project hand‑off
