Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
- Manage digital branding and design projects from brief to delivery
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure flawless execution
- Translate client needs into actionable creative briefs and strategies
- Collaborate with designers, developers, copywriters, and external partners
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and project objectives
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen relationships
- Stay ahead of digital trends and contribute ideas that elevate our work
- 3 years of experience in account management or project leadership within a creative or digital agency
- Strong understanding of branding, digital strategy, and creative processes
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- AI-savvy mindset: ability to leverage AI tools for productivity, client insights, and streamlined project coordination
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for detail.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with project management tools and digital workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
