C M Almy is a manufacturer and marketer of items used by the church and clergy. Almy also makes and sells Lucid liquid candles for home and event use. We seek an HR generalist for our Armonk NY location to process payroll, administer benefit programs, support compensation and performance management programs. This person will educate and inform employees and provide internal customer service regarding company policies, procedures, benefits and other HR items. The position also involves work with/leading committees on HR related items such as benefits, wellness, recognition and company events. Develop and maintain reporting and analysis for HR. Support compliance with HR related regulations. Support hiring process for NY location. Almy requires all employees to be vaccinated for Covid.
