What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Enhancement Technician position at F&B Landscaping?
F&B Landscaping is looking for a Commercial Enhancement Technician to join our team in the Colorado Springs area.
We are a local, small business, not a big corporate company where you are just another name on a schedule. We know our people, we value good work, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in completing landscape enhancement projects the right way.
Pay: $22–$26/hour DOE
Position Details:
- Seasonal position
- Unemployment is attached during the off-season
- Snow work is required during the winter season
- PTO starts accumulating as soon as you start
- 401(k) available after 1 year, with a 1% company match
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with commercial landscape enhancement, landscape install, cleanup projects, mulch, rock, edging, planting, sod, grading, and general site improvements
- Ability to work efficiently and safely on commercial properties
- Comfortable using landscape tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean MVR required
- Reliable transportation
- Must be available for snow operations during the winter season
- Someone dependable, hardworking, organized, and able to communicate clearly with the team
- Equipment operation experience is a plus
- Commercial landscape experience is a plus
