Craddock Commercial Real Estate (CCRE), a Colorado Springs, Colorado, family-owned company seeks a motivated property maintenance tech to join its property management team in performing routine maintenance and repairs of commercial real estate properties owned by CCRE so that all properties are in a condition that is safe, hygienic, code compliant, habitable, clean, and fit for their ordinary uses by CCRE’s tenants.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
§ Perform repairs and routine maintenance as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
§ Utilize and follow CCRE policies, procedures and management software to accounting for and provide timely and accurate billing of maintenance work.
§ Document and submit timely work reports.
§ Monitor and ensure operational efficiency of all HVAC, electrical equipment, mechanical systems, plumbing, communication systems, irrigation, roofing, etc. through timely inspection and repair.
§ Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation
Must have own hand tools
Must be able to work well with our current maintenance team
Must be available to work on-call shifts outside of regular business hours, as scheduled
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
