This is a full-time, on-site Head Chef position based in Lebanon, PA. The Head Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, develop and enhance menus, and ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and hygiene, controlling inventory and costs, and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in all culinary processes. The role also involves mentoring and training kitchen staff while implementing innovative culinary techniques.
