As an HR Coordinator, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member working directly with the HR Manager and other department members with the primary focus of recruiting for open positions across all companies.

Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member working directly with the HR Manager and other department members with the primary focus of recruiting for open positions across all companies.
- Recruiting
- Ensure the ATS has the most updated postings and outside job boards are updated.
- Screen applicants and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Coordinate outside recruiters and recruiter candidates.
- Provide candidate feedback to hiring managers.
- Work with Affiliate companies and coordinate recruitment needs.
- Other HR Duties
- Coordinate wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate service awards program.
- Assemble and stock welcome boxes, new hire packets, and reorder supplies as needed.
- Ad-Hoc HR projects.

- Commitment to Excellence
- An associate degree, 1-2 years of related work experience or a combination of both.
- Recruiting Experience
- Light travel to Affiliate offices and career fairs.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Viewpoint (a plus)
