The Front Desk Specialist will be the first point of contact for most clients entering the program. This position must complete client registration and ensure that client is transitioned through all stages of intake.

The Front Desk Specialist will be the first point of contact for most clients entering the program. This position must complete client registration and ensure that client is transitioned through all stages of intake.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide optimal customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Responsible for creating client file in ICANotes and scanning client registration documents into the system.
- Protect client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws.
- Responsible for overseeing the client flow throughout the office.
- Responsible for assisting with in-house clients’ schedules.
- Must perform clerical duties including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling, filing, and monitoring office supply inventory.
- Responsible for triaging telephone calls to ensure callers are routed to the correct department or staff member.
- Must ensure that all mail and deliveries received are given to the appropriate department or staff member.
- All other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Experience with behavioral health terminology and clientele.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have superior problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
