We’re looking for a skilled and experienced PLC Controls Engineer to join our team as a full-time hourly employee. You will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, system design, programming, panel building, and commissioning for a variety of integrated control systems.
This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. You must be comfortable working independently and directly with customers.

- Candidates must be fluent in English and able to represent the company professionally in both verbal and written interactions.
- Pay is $35–$50/hour, commensurate with skills and experience. Top rate is reserved for candidates who fully meet or exceed all requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, networks, HMIs, servos, and other control system components
- Design and program new and existing electrical/control systems
- Read and generate AutoCAD drawings and project documentation
- Build control panels (UL508A, NEC, SCCR, Functional Safety standards)
- Perform startup and commissioning at customer sites
- Provide remote and on-site customer support
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects
- Collaborate with team members and customers to solve complex technical issues
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience as a PLC Controls Engineer or Technician
- Proficient with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming
- Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable reading and creating AutoCAD electrical drawings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fluent in English
