Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R principles and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The HVAC Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and efficient climate control solutions.

Duties

·        Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.

·        Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.

·        Troubleshoot issues with equipment and conduct necessary repairs or replacements.

·        Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.

·        Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and repairs.

·        Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.

Skills

·        Proficient in field service techniques related to HVAC/R systems.

·        Strong background in equipment repair, particularly in heating and refrigeration units.

·        Experience in property maintenance related to HVAC installations.

·        Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for transporting tools and equipment.

·        Familiarity with boiler systems and their maintenance requirements.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·        Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
