Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer based in Cleveland, OH. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, developing and managing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring all electrical systems and equipment are functioning effectively. The individual will also contribute to maintaining plant efficiency and reliability through proactive maintenance practices and assist in optimizing production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs and practices
- Strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze and solve problems swiftly to minimize downtime
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Technical certifications or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field (preferred)
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is an advantage
