We are seeking an Estimator & Project Manager to handle estimating, submittals, purchasing, and project oversight. This role requires strong communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure accurate proposals, on-time delivery, and successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial doors and hardware (preferred)
- Strong skills in estimating, cost management, and budgeting
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Proficiency with construction/project management software
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
