Title – Construction Estimator
Location – 100% Onsite in 749 Clawson Avenue, Hillsborough, NJ
Duration – Permanent Role
Pay range - $80K to $85K per annum
The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with project teams, and analyzing bid proposals. The role involves working closely with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience in construction estimating, cost analysis, and project management
Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
OSHA certification is a plus
Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
