Job Title: CNC Programmer / Mechanic
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL - Fulltime (Onsite)
Programming skills is required
Must be familiar with measuring instruments
Responsibilities:
- Setup CNC vertical milling centers and CNC lathes to run steel parts
- Generate and alter the G-code and M-code for new or existing jobs.
- To be able to read and interpret engineering blueprint and GD&T
- Working with Engineering team in making fixtures on CNC machine
- Knowledge of calculating feeds and speed to run parts on CNC.
- Focus on innovative ideas to reduce the cycle time.
