We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person with a strong background in accounting. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and results-driven, with familiarity in QuickBooks Online and preferably Autotask as well.

Key responsibilities include preparing and sending invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This position requires on-site work and does not offer remote options.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Experience:

  • QuickBooks Online: 1 year (Required)
