Brevard Physician Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Melbourne, FL. The role involves managing invoice processing, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, overseeing expense reports, and ensuring timely payments and collections. The specialist will also assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports to support the organization’s financial operations.
- Proficiency in Expense Reports, including processing, tracking, and reconciliation
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience with Journal Entries and bookkeeping in accounting systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
