We know that every BCBA's career goals are different.

That's why we offer both hourly and salaried opportunities, giving you flexibility while providing a clear path for long-term growth and stability.

Many of our clinicians start in an hourly role while building their caseload and then transition into a full-time salaried BCBA position once they reach approximately 25 billable hours per week.

It's a flexible approach that allows you to grow your caseload, grow your career, and grow with our organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings, and other natural environments

• Implement individualized treatment plans that help children succeed

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development

• Partner with parents and caregivers through coaching and guidance

• Use data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and celebrate successes

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals involved in care

• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA Certification

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Reliable transportation
