Roofing Production Manager / Site Supervisor

This position will require travel to Northwest Arkansas semi frequently to drop off materials and manage projects. Typically staying for 2-3 days at a time. Hotel is paid for by company.

EZ Roofing is seeking an experienced and dependable Roofing Production Manager to join our growing team. This is a field-based leadership role focused primarily on residential roofing projects, with responsibility for overseeing jobs from scheduling through completion while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing or a related field, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate crews, customers, and project timelines. This position requires someone who is comfortable spending the majority of the workday onsite, actively managing production, monitoring job progress, documenting site conditions, and helping ensure each project is completed successfully.

In addition to project and production oversight, the selected candidate must be willing and able to access rooftops as needed for inspections, minor repairs, tarp installation, and general field support.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes scheduling roofing projects, coordinating daily production activities, and maintaining clear communication with both crews and customers throughout each phase of the job. The Production Manager will be expected to remain actively involved in the field, oversee jobsite progress, ensure work is completed according to company standards, and update project information using JobNimbus CRM.

The position also requires documenting job progress and site conditions by taking photos and videos throughout the project. The candidate must be prepared to respond to jobsite needs in real time, perform site inspections, assist with small repairs and emergency tarp work when necessary, and help maintain a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years of roofing experience or experience in a similar construction-related field. Applicants must be comfortable working onsite for most of the day and be able to safely climb ladders and access roofs. Candidates should also possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
