About the Role
Rumble Roofing is hiring a Sales Manager to recruit, build, and lead a high-performing roofing sales team. This is a leadership role for someone who sets the pace instead of following it. You'll be in the field with your reps, closing deals, running trainings, and holding the team to a standard that wins.

What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, and hire top-tier sales reps
- Train, coach, and develop your team into consistent closers
- Lead from the front as the team's pacesetter
- Run weekly team meetings, trainings, and accountability check-ins
- Set clear goals and hold the team to individual and team KPIs
- Drive revenue growth and hit aggressive sales targets

The Money
This is a commission, bonus, and override based role with no ceiling on your income. You earn on your personal production and on the team you build under you, so the bigger you build, the more you make. We provide an office enviroement for training and meetings. Full admin and production backend. You have a blank canvas to build a multiple six figure team.
A motivated leader who hits our goals should be earning between $175,000 to $250,000 or more in year one, with real room to grow past that as your team scales.
