Duties
- Assist customers in selecting CBD products by providing knowledgeable recommendations and product demos
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service through friendly phone etiquette and in-person interactions
- Support supervising staff with daily operations as needed
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently during checkout processes
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting for customers
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or health/wellness sectors involving CBD or similar products
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math principles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate customers about products through demos and upselling techniques
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately
- Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management
