Do you love solving problems, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly? Our Parts Department is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Parts Support Specialist to be the go-to resource for our retail and wholesale customers. If you enjoy a fast-paced day that mixes customer service with hands-on warehouse work, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Help customers find the right parts, answer product and installation questions, and provide accurate quotes by phone, email, and at the counter.
• Enter orders, process payments, and keep customers informed on order status and shipping updates.
• Pick, kit, pack, and ship orders using Epicor/Quick-Ship and UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carriers.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory using barcode scanners and inventory systems.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) while keeping a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• A customer-first attitude with strong communication and people skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; UPS/USPS portal experience is a plus.
• Sharp attention to detail, solid math skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day in a warehouse setting.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Bonus points: 3–5 years of shipping/receiving experience, forklift or warehouse experience, or knowledge of trailer products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of UPS/USPS portals; ability to learn electronic shipping, receiving, and order-processing systems.
• Material handling, forklift, or warehouse experience preferred; must pass forklift training and maintain certification. Equipment training and certification are provided.

Preferred

• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred (3–5 years); knowledge of current and past trailer products preferred (3–5 years).

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk on concrete surfaces for up to eight hours per day; frequently bend, stoop, crouch, squat, reach, push, pull, and handle tools and materials.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment; push utility carts up to 100 pounds and use stairs where applicable.
• The current shipping/receiving description requires lifting up to 60 pounds, with frequent lifting of 30–50 pounds. The puller/packer description also specifies lifting up to 60 pounds; the customer service/parts description specifies lifting material in excess of 80 pounds. The final lifting requirement for the combined role requires confirmation.
• The puller/packer description includes work at heights up to 20 feet and mezzanine work up to 30 feet where applicable. Confirm whether these duties apply to the combined role.

Language Skills

• Ability to read, write, interpret, and communicate in English and understand written, oral, and diagram-based instructions, training materials, shipping tickets, and procedure manuals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; professional appearance appropriate for interaction with the public.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and efficiently, including calculating cash transactions.

Reasoning Ability

• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including solving problems involving several variables in standardized situations.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record, reported annually.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, dependable transportation, and ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow job requirements and safety guidelines.

Work Environment

• Work in a fast-paced setting that includes warehouse areas and outdoor bin locations.
