What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Collections Specialist position at EZ Furniture Sales & Leasing?

CLOSED SUNDAYS AND MAJOR HOLIDAYS
ACTIONS
- Assisting customers in-store and by phone with account questions
- Scheduling service and delivery appointments with customers
- Assisting the store manager with sales and store operations
- Collections from in house current customers only
- Verifying customer file information
- Delivery and set up of items to our customers homes
- Assisting the store manager with item inventory processes
- Helping to maintain showroom and back room organization
- Basic item upkeep and refurbishment
- Basic vehicle upkeep
QUALIFICATIONS
- All our employees must have a CLEAN driving record to be able to drive our company cars if needed (such as no DUI's or excessive tickets)
- Must pass drug test and any applicable background check.
- Professional Phone skills
- Ability to lift heavy items without issues
- Sales or collections experience helpful, but not required to apply
