OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS
- Manage daily job scheduling, route optimization, and crew assignments
- Oversee cleanouts, junk removal operations, and emergency hauls
- Ensure proper donation, recycling, and disposal procedures
- Implement and maintain SOPs for efficiency and compliance
- Conduct site inspections when necessary
- Solve operational issues quickly and professionally
LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Hire, onboard, and train field staff & crew leaders
- Manage performance, attendance, and productivity
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Maintain a strong, positive company culture
- Ensure safety protocols and training are followed
- Reduce turnover by implementing retention strategies
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT
- Oversee customer inquiries, quotes, and issue resolution
- Ensure 5-star customer satisfaction and service quality
- Create and monitor customer service SOPs
- Review job notes, before/after photos, and customer feedback
- Step in for escalations when needed
SALES, PARTNERSHIPS & GROWTH
- Follow up on warm leads and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- apartment communities
- senior living facilities
- HOAs
- realtors
- local businesses
- Represent the company professionally at meetings
- Support the Haul 4 Hope initiative (food drives, toy drives, donation pickups)
ADMINISTRATION & TECH SYSTEMS
- Oversee CRM usage (Thryv, RingCentral, or similar platforms)
- Ensure automation workflows run smoothly
- Build reports: revenue, job count, expenses, crew hours
- Keep digital files, contracts, and logs organized
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and documentation
- Track KPIs weekly and monthly
FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Approve payroll hours
- Track profitability per job
- Reduce waste and operational expenses
- Provide recommendations for growth & efficiency
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
