Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with 8 years of proven success in high-value B2B sales, particularly in technology, blockchain, or infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong record of closing multimillion-dollar deals, managing key enterprise accounts, and developing long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across global markets in the crypto mining and digital infrastructure sectors.
· Independently generate new business opportunities, identifying and qualifying high-value prospects across institutional, enterprise, and industrial markets.
· Develop and execute a clear sales strategy and pipeline plan to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
· Identify, pursue, and close large-scale deals (>$1M) with institutional investors, mining farms, data centers, and enterprise clients.
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
· Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and up-selling of new solutions and services.
· Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
· Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements.
· Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members.
· Report directly to senior management on pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and strategic growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 8 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, ideally in cryptocurrency, fintech, energy, or high-tech infrastructure sectors.
· Demonstrated success closing multimillion-dollar deals and managing complex sales cycles.
· Strong network in blockchain, crypto mining, or related industries is highly desirable.
· Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with C-level stakeholders.
· Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven sales reporting.
· Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Preferred Skills
· Deep understanding of cryptocurrency mining economics, blockchain infrastructure, and digital asset markets.
