What You’ll Do
- Build and grow client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
- Lead project execution—scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for large-scale industrial projects.
- Drive business growth by supporting new opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Manage project financials, pricing strategies, and profitability.
- Deliver results by optimizing performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead teams to deliver innovation, safety, and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of business development experience in professional or consultative services.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, contracts, and liability management.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
