Director of Operations / Integrator (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Salary: $105,000 base up to 10% annual performance bonus
This is a 100% in-person leadership position. We are looking for someone who thrives working alongside a team and leading operations from within the practice. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations of the practice
- Develop and coach leaders and team members
- Build accountability through systems and KPIs
- Manage staffing, hiring, and performance
- Oversee billing, collections, vendors, and operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and profitability
- Lead quarterly initiatives and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading teams and managing operations
- Ability to understand financials, including a P&L
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Someone who values both people and performance
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is highly preferred
