Medical Front Desk & Optometric Technician

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented individual to join our front desk team. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding customer service while handling key administrative and operational tasks. Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time or part-time (weekend availability preferred)
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
• Work Location: In person
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in person, over the phone, via email, and live chat
• Verify vision insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
• Process invoices for eye exams and other services
• Accept payments both in person and over the phone
• Conduct preliminary vision tests using optometric equipment
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience through excellent customer service
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Previous experience in optometry or a related healthcare setting is a plus (compensation may be adjusted based on experience)
