Position Details:
- Hours: Full-time or part-time (weekend availability preferred)
- Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
- Work Location: In person
- Greet and assist patients in person, over the phone, via email, and live chat
- Verify vision insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
- Process invoices for eye exams and other services
- Accept payments both in person and over the phone
- Conduct preliminary vision tests using optometric equipment
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience through excellent customer service
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in optometry or a related healthcare setting is a plus (compensation may be adjusted based on experience)
