What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-out through eyewear dispensing.
- Guide patients in selecting frames, lenses, and premium lens options that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Recommend premium lens technologies and products with confidence.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure precise eyewear fittings.
- Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear.
- Verify prescriptions and order accuracy.
- Follow up with patients regarding eyewear orders, adjustments, and satisfaction.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Meet individual and team sales goals while always putting patient needs first.
- Maintain an organized, attractive optical gallery.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
- Work closely with doctors and team members to provide seamless patient care.
Qualifications
- Optical experience required.
- ABO Certification preferred or will be required to obtain within 1 year of hire.
- Proven retail or optical sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Self-motivated with great attention to detail.
