The Provisioning Manager leads EyeQ’s Provisioning Department and is accountable for departmental performance, people leadership, and operational outcomes. This role owns provisioning execution end-to-end, including technician management, quality control, KPI performance, and departmental P&L, while ensuring provisioning timelines and standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Provisioning Department, including provisioning technicians and departmental workflows
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, oversee ongoing training and development, and lead bi-annual performance reviews
- Own and manage the Provisioning Department P&L and adhere to agreed-upon department drain
- Ensure quality control through audits and checks of all provisioning items
- Maintain accountability for all provisioning-related KPIs, including:
- Pre-Provisioning average time to completion (3 days)
- Test & Turn average time to completion (3 days)
- Service Provisioning average time to completion (1 day)
- Mobile unit onboarding/offboarding average time to completion (1 day)
- Zero provisioning-related misses
- Perform all responsibilities of a Provisioning Technician as needed
- Prepare regular reporting and provide visibility into performance, risks, and improvements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Experience in a related technical or provisioning field
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Coachable, adaptable, and willing to step in wherever needed
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, virtual, and in-person)
- Experience managing, mentoring, and training technicians at varying experience levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and commute daily to Marietta, GA
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education or certifications in a related field
- Experience installing or configuring remote security equipment
- Familiarity with video management systems (NX Platform, Milestone, Genetec, etc.)
- Experience with IP camera systems
- Experience with wireless systems (PTP, PTMP)
- Networking, firewall, router, or VPN management experience (e.g., SonicWall)
