At Eye Surgical Associates, we don’t just treat eyes; we care for people. We are looking for a Front Office Specialist who is patient-focused, energetic, and eager to grow with an elite team of ten esteemed ophthalmologists and two proficient optometrists.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Be the Face of the Clinic: Welcoming patients, checking them in/out, and managing the first impression of our practice.
- Coordinate Care: Scheduling appointments, routing calls, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Expert Administration: Verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and maintaining accurate records.
- On the Move: Joining our team at satellite clinics 1–3 times a month to serve our broader community.
The Schedule:
- Full-Time: 48 hours per pay period (every two weeks).
- Work-Life Balance: Hours vary between 6:15 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
- CPR Certification (we’ll help you get this within your first 60 days).
