Job description:
Eye Surgery of Eastern Ohio is a busy surgery practice seeking a medical technician. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Check in patients, medical history, reason of visit
- Check vision, any testing the patient would need done
- EHR Charting
- Making our patients feel comfortable while in our office
- Following the doctor
- Getting surgery paperwork in order
- Getting charts ready for the next patient day
- Scanning charts
- Assisting in minor office procedures
- Attention to detail is a must
Applicant must have:
- Multitasking skills
- DEPENDABLE and on time
- Attention to detail
- MUST TRAVEL TO OUR SATELLITE OFFICE IN ST. CLAIRSVILLE 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK
- Medical background is a must
- EHR experience a plus
- Great bedside manner a must
- Retaining and relaying communication to the patient and office staff a must
- Protects patients rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information
This is a full or part time time position working 3-5 days per week. MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO OUR SATELLITE OFFICE IN ST. CLAIRSVILLE OFFICE 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK
