Eye Society Boutique is a modern, fashion-forward optometry office seeking a career minded FRONT DESK/OPTICAL SALES CONSULTANT for a long-term role at our office.
This is a PART TIME POSITION with the opportunity to grow as the practice expands. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and excited to become part of a small, supportive team. We are not a high-volume chain. We focus on curated eyewear and elevated service.
Responsibilities
Optical Sales & Styling
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits their style and needs
- Recommend frames, lenses, and premium upgrades
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Hit sales goals and consistently drive revenue
- Keep the optical area organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Stay up to date on eyewear trends and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a boutique-level experience
Front Desk & Patient Experience
- Answer phones professionally and courteously
- Schedule appointments accurately
- Verify patient information and upcoming appointments
- Check patients in and out
- insurance verification
- Handle administrative tasks to maintain smooth office flow
- Provide warm, welcoming customer service to every patient

Schedule:

Must be available Mon(10:30-6:30)/Tues(9-6:30)/Fri(9-3)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
