The Guest Service Representative (GSR) embodies the property’s commitment to exceptional service, ensuring guests receive efficient, courteous, and professional assistance in all front office operations. The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues.

- Employment Type: Part-time (16-24 hours/week, 2-3 days per week)
- Pay Rate: $16-$17 per hour
- Shifts: Hours will vary between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with weekends and holidays regularly required. Ability to work both shifts is mandatory and schedule will rotate shifts. This is NOT a set schedule type position
- Additional Training: Overnight (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) training is mandatory to ensure coverage for occasional overnight shifts, though such instances will be rare.

Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of the property
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
- Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
