- Provides consulting and process support to BL Recruiting Coordinators and BL Campus Recruiting Teams
- Active in all areas of external candidate recruiting from sourcing through offer release to Day One completion
Job Role Responsibilities
- Trains all recruiting participants
- Coordinates all recruiting-related activity
- Provides guidance to recruiting admins and analysts
- Collects and enters salary information data
- Approves background checks and evaluates Prior Experience Credit
- Collects and stewards external recruiting targets
- Provides data and data analysis to BL and BL HR
- Provides insight for staffing strategies
- Progresses employer branding strategies and related actions
