Responsibilities :
- STREAM Inputs & GTC Approvals:
- Manage and coordinate STREAM system inputs and facilitate GTC approval workflows to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Dashboard & Repository Management:
- Maintain and update dashboards for technology trials. Collaborate with the CPO to ensure the central repository of trial data is current and accessible.
- Technology Trials Tracking:
- Monitor progress and status of ongoing technology trials, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
- Trial Spending Oversight:
- Track and report spending associated with technology trials, ensuring budget adherence and transparency.
- Procurement Support:
- Assist with procurement activities related to technology trials, including vendor coordination, purchase requisitions, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Spotfire or similar data management tools
- Skilled in MS office applications (specifically Excel, Word, and Access)
- Ability to track/maintain/communicate project progress across a broad portfolio of technologies
