Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients' business objectives, supply chain requirements, and logistics challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of logistics services and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working quickly to resolve problems and prevent escalation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, discuss opportunities for improvement, and identify areas for account growth.
- Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Attend and Participate in weekly Business Development meetings
- Exceptional ability to multitask and interact with different business partners and units.
