We are seeking an experienced Carrier Sales Manager to lead our 3PL Brokerage department. This role is responsible for managing and developing a team of Carrier Sales Representatives while ensuring customer freight is covered profitably and serviced with reliable on-time performance.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Carrier Sales / Brokerage team
- Ensure freight is covered profitably with consistent service execution
- Monitor and improve on-time pickup and delivery performance
- Oversee spot pricing activity for customers
- Assist with quoting and covering freight when needed
- Build strong relationships with carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor market conditions and carrier capacity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of transportation & logistics experience required
- Brokerage and carrier sales experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
