Responsibilities:
- Greet and support patients throughout their visits with warmth and professionalism.
- Collect and manage patient payments, including setting up recurring payment plans.
- Process New Patient Packets (NPP) and collect required documentation and signatures (e.g., ROI forms).
- Maintain clinic inventory, order supplies, and keep the clinic environment clean and organized.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-ups with accuracy and urgency.
- Perform regular chart audits and assist with administrative provider documentation.
- Monitor and report patient concerns, care feedback, and operational issues to leadership.
- Encourage patients to leave Google reviews to support clinic awareness.
TMS Technician Support
- Assist with TMS equipment setup and provide treatment (training provided).
- Provide a smooth clinical flow and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Serve as a resource for clinic teammates and assist with onboarding new staff.
- Foster a culture of compassion, communication, and collaboration—supporting both patients and peers.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree required; psychology or a related field strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or medical office setting is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a dynamic, patient-facing environment.
- Tech-savvy and confident using electronic health systems and payment platforms.
