Anew Era TMS & Psychiatric multi-clinic practice is looking for a qualified candidate to join our fast-growing company. Job Responsibilities:
Treating patients with our TMS system who are suffering from mental illness.
Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental-health setting required.
Record patient encounter notes in the electronic health record (EHR), including diagnosis, medical history, medications and treatment plan in the Office Ally system.
Ability to work unattended with the patient in the office.
Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
Nursing students and/or recent LVN graduates are ideal for this part time position.
Must be flexible and willing to travel to different offices if needed.
Successful completion of TMS Certification (training and certification provided during the initial period of employment).
Experience and Skills:
Associates or bachelor’s degrees are strongly preferred.
Excellent customer service skills 2 years minimum.
Direct patient care experience 1 year minimum.
Mental health experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Time management to manage a variety of tasks.
Interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients.
