Salary: PurposeThe Aesthetics Territory Manager responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. The main duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine their products pricing when selling to customers.ResponsibilitiesExecute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goalsAct as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territoryIdentify local business opportunities and challengesReport on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)Present our products and services to prospective customersIdentify customer needs and recommend product solutionsWork closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotasAnswer customer questions about features, pricing and additional servicesCross-sell products, when appropriateCollaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approachBuild and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needsUnderstand industry-specific trends and landscapesKeep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mixPositively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related resultsMaintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating proceduresMaintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetingsEnsure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframesFlexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessaryPerform other duties as assignedSkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven Ability to drive the sales process from start to finishExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and productsKnowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsSales planningBuilding relationshipsDriven and self-motivatedProfitability managementQualifications/RequirementsAt least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field requiredBachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferredClearance of favorable background investigation required
