What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powersports Salesperson position at Extreme Powersports?
Extreme Powersports is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Powersports Salesperson to join our team. This position requires strong product knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to actively engage customers both in-store and online.
Responsibilities:
- Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports products with confidence and expertise
- Maintain up-to-date manufacturer brand trainings and certifications
- Follow up with daily sales leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
- Create and manage social media ads and posts to promote inventory, specials, and dealership events
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Guide customers through the full sales process, including paperwork and delivery
- Maintain showroom appearance and accurate sales documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous powersports or automotive sales experience required
- Strong product knowledge of powersports vehicles and accessories
- Experience with lead management and CRM systems
- Comfortable creating social media content and advertisements
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays
