Summary
Short‑term position supporting the front office and shop team. Primary duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting customers with rides, and keeping loaner vehicles clean and fueled. Light parts receiving and inventory tasks included.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and schedule customer appointments
- Assist with customer pick‑ups and drop‑offs using company vehicles
- Keep loaner cars clean, fueled, and ready for customers
- Receive parts deliveries and check items into inventory
- Maintain basic shop and office organization
- Support the team with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving customers locally
- Friendly, professional communication
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- No automotive experience required
Job Details
