Residential Housekeeper & Mother’s Helper (1099 Independent Contractor)
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour 100% of client tips performance bonuses

Hours: 6–10 hours/week initially, rapidly scaling to 20 hours/week for the right person

About the Role
We provide high-touch residential housekeeping and "mother’s helper" services across the Salt Lake Valley. Our clients place immense trust in our team, and we treat every home with high care, discretion, and attention to detail.
We have rapidly growing demand and need an experienced, trustworthy independent cleaner to take on recurring homes alongside us and solo. Beyond standard cleaning, our jobs often focus on whole-home reset support—including laundry, dish management, tidying, and light organizing.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete standard residential cleanings (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting) to high standards.
- Handle mother’s helper reset tasks: washing, folding, and putting away laundry, running/unloading dishes, and general organizing.
- Communicate promptly, arrive on schedule, and maintain client privacy and property integrity.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven professional residential housekeeping experience (prior 1099 experience required).
- Equipment: Must provide your own basic, professional cleaning supplies and tools (exceptions can be discussed for specialty jobs).
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel between Salt Lake City and Lehi.
- Communication: Smartphone with active service for scheduling and updates.
- Trust & Safety: Must pass a comprehensive background check and provide at least 1 verifiable professional client or employer reference.
