Job Description

Exteriors by Global Home Improvement is hiring Direct Marketing Agents to work out of our Springfield, NJ office and support our growing New Jersey operations.

Training & Development

At Global Home Improvement, we invest in our people. Our training program is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed.

You’ll receive paid classroom training focused on communication skills, sales fundamentals, product knowledge, and effective customer engagement. This is followed by hands-on, in-field training, working directly alongside experienced leaders who coach you in real-world situations.

Training doesn’t stop after onboarding. We provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to help you continuously improve and advance.

This role will help you build valuable, transferable skill sets that apply to sales, leadership, and long-term management careers.

Earning Potential

Top performers can earn $60,000 annually

Earnings are based on hourly pay plus performance bonuses, with uncapped growth potential for high performers.

Responsibilities

· Report daily to the Springfield, NJ office

· Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods across New Jersey

· Educate customers on home remodeling services

· Build rapport and represent the company professionally

· Set qualified appointments for the sales team

· Work as part of a motivated, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

· Lives within approximately 40 minutes of the Springfield, NJ office

· Strong communication skills

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Coachable, dependable, and self-motivated

· Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

· Sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus
